| I am looking for someone with really good CSS/HTML Skills, for a 4 to 8 week Project. This will start as a 1099 position. I am not certain, but it may well give you the opportunity (if you want it) for a regular W2 position afterwards.Our company supplies Contractors, to Businesses, across the USA. Usually these are very long term contracts, lasting more than 12 months, often 3 years or more. We prefer to hire people as W2 employees, but I stress, especially for this project, 1099 is fine with us.The customer location is Longbeach, CA. Adhere to daily production sheet orders. Produce product according to written specifications. Report product inconsistencies to Supervisor. Rotate and fill production ingredients. Wrap and store unused products in coolers. Wash dishes and utensils when necessary. Regular attendance is essential. Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader/Coordinator. Able to meet physical job requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with others and convey enthusiasm. Good at multi-tasking, time management and decision making. Must be self-motivated, solution oriented, and have good follow through. Willing and able to work flexible hours.
