| Hello I have a room for rent available August 1st in Chula Vista, near all such as 805-I-5 H street trolley, Bus stops en route to Southwestern College which in itself is about a 15 minute drive. Across the street from the Chula Vista Shopping Centre, Downtown 3rd Ave, parks, library Police Station. Room is in a 2 bed 1 bath house which features new tile floors throughout house and new carpet in bedrooms as well as a fresh coat of paint in a neutral beige which matches the carpet. This room also has two big double glass paned windows which gets a good cross breeze and plenty of sunshine, if you dont like sunshine, it comes equipped with blinds. Good closet space with additional storage above closet. Shared bathroom but shouldnt be problem as i keep it very clean. Room faces our large backyard which is occupied by our very friendly 3 year old Boxer. House is located in a residential area down the street from an elementary school so i would say its a fairly secure neighborhood. We are a young couple who is very laid back but very responsible (we dont party) in our mid 20s and is looking for someone who is responsible, considerate no late night parties, no drinking no smoking, no late night visitors. While the room comes with basic furniture you can move in your own if desired. Its that rare middle ground between a room and a studio apt. The bottom line is you wont have room mates - you have *real* privacy as the unit has no access to the main home. Parking is in the street currently and street sweeping is twice a month. There is usually never a problem getting a spot in front. Many of our renters bike or walk as everything is fairly close. There is a coin-op laundry downstairs in the house in a separate room available for use 24x7.Utilities *included* are power, water, trash and basic cable. Phone service and Internet access will be your own responsibility (everyone has cells).No DRUGS ( No 420 either ), SMOKING, PETS or COUPLES (single occupancy) - NO exceptions. Smoking is permitted on the front and back deck only and NOT in rooms.You will need to fill out a rental application along with an interview with the owner. | I have a room available July 15 for rent to either a M or F in a 1st floor 2 bed / 2 bath condo.Id ask you to sign a years lease, though if your situation changes and you want to moveout early, Id be ok with it if you lined up somebody else acceptable to take over the lease.The condo is located in the La Paz complex, on the south end of the loop by the Mormon temple. Vons, the UCSD shuttle, and city bus stops are all within a 10 minute walk. The complex tends to be occupied by professionals /grad students / generally quiet people - there arent many raucous parties going on.Complex amenities:Pool / hot tub.Near hiking / biking trails in rose canyonCommunity association park nearby available to residents.About the place:The available room is 10x12, carpeted, and has a closet with sliding mirrored doors. A bathroom isjust outside, which would be for your exclusive use. Ive got the standard appliances (washer, dryer,dishwasher), and I have ATT U-verse service (so there will be wirelessinternet, too). There is no AC (dont need it), but there is heating for those cold winter days.The place has a carport with space for your car, and theres available guest parking as well.Im looking to rent to somebody who is stable, preferably an older student or younger professional,who doesnt smoke or do drugs. Alcohol in moderation and having some people over is fine, butfull-scale parties in the place are pretty much out. Non-destructive cats are welcomed, but thelitter box has to be kept out of the common area (ie, in your bedroom or bathroom). The securitydeposit equals a months rent, which youll get back at the end of the lease.Cleanliness factor: On the spectrum of cleanliness, Im on the cleaner side, but not painfully so. Ilike things picked up, but I also recognize that theres other important things you might need tohandle as well...I wont get offended if you cook in the evening, and then clean dishes in themorning, but dishes that are left in the sink for more than a day will gross me out.Utilities have been running 120 for cable / internet, plus 60-80ish for gas/electricity, so your sharewould be between 90-100 per month. (ie, a total of $740-750)About me: Im an early-30s guy whos pretty easy to get along with (my past roommates, both male andfemale will be available as character references)...I can deal with all kinds of musical tastes outsideof exclusively country / rap (my favorites are tori amos, evanescence, tool, various finnish bands,generally eclectic stuff). | Our current roommate decided to move out at the end of June. So that leaves me and my other room mate looking for some one to fill his spot. The house is located in University Heights. It is a three bed room two bath house. The room is 12ft x 12ft and rent is $592.00 a month. Utilities usually come to another $80 a month (direct tv, internet and SDG&E) and water is paid for. There is three designated parking spots in back and plenty of parking on the street. I would be sharing the bathroom with who ever moves in. The house is central to pretty much all of San Diego (5min to Down Town and Balboa Park, 10min to SDSU and PB). There is a Ralphs and a Henry’s about 5min away. We don’t have too many parties at the house because the neighborhood is pretty quite but we do have an occasional get together. A little about the two of us, my roommate who is a girl and I are both 21 work full time and are going to school. We like to keep it pretty mellow during the week and like to go out during the weekend. We are light 420 friendly, so you would have to be too. We keep a clean house but are not freaks about it… pretty much just clean up after your self. We are looking for a guy to move in who is old enough to drink but not too old. We share bills 4 ways; water, water delivery, power and cable. Cable includes wireless internet, house phone with free long distance (save your cell minutes and use the landline. Do not call anyone in Abu Dhabi) and all cable channels including premium ones (HBO, Cinemax, etc). We have a DVR, so you never have to miss an episode of Dr. Phil. If you really watch Dr. Phil, you can’t live here. House is on a corner lot, big back yard, with brick patio, bbq, patio furniture, fire bowl, plants, and church pew. We do not go to church. Do not ask questions about the pew. Also we have a gardener. Around the side is a shed for bikes and such. Double car driveway, ample street parking. Large park across the street. View of Mount Soledad from our backyard. Also view of Safety Patrollers from the school across the street, but they are less picturesque to look at. Pedophiles should not live here. The temptation would be too great. Also we don’t like pedophiles. House has 3 bedrooms, and 1.5 baths. You will keep your stuff in and share the full bath with the only person in the house who lacks testicles. View this as a bonus. “Great Room” houses a corner fire place, TV, old school Nintendo (yes, I have Duck Hunt. Yes, I have the original gun), comfy furniture, dining area that seats 6, piano, and 2 sets of sliding glass doors. Kitchen is a good size, with dishwasher and stainless steel gas range. It has a warming drawer. Do not put inappropriate things in the warming drawer. Front room is my office, and the first room you enter when coming into the house. It gives the impression that we are all very smart. Well, we are. If you can’t spell or read, you can’t live here. But if you can’t read, you wouldn’t know that I just told you you can’t live here, so never mind. I’ll tell you when you inevitably call. This neighborhood is great. Its safe, lots of kids and dogs running around, you can walk at night and not get mugged. 10-15 minute bike ride to the bay. Its all uphill on the way back, and that sucks, but getting there is great. We are located on the mesa above the 52/5 intersection. We are bordered by UTC, La Jolla and PB. Its just moments to the freeway, and you can get to La Jolla shores in 7 minutes. That is assuming that the entire state of Arizona isn’t in town. When that happens, you are looking at roughly 21 hours. We are 2 guys and 1 girl, late twenties and early thirties. You CANNOT BE A SMOKER. I can’t stress this enough. No smoking at all.
