Now...a bit about the home. It is a very nice, new two story home with a big backyard and washer and dryer. You would have one of two rooms to pick from (the third room is an office which you can use also). You would have your own bathroom but it is not inside the room...you would have to go outside your room to use. But its yours..Its a quite neighborhood, relatively new in the oside area, with access to the san luis ray river trail which is a very nice running/bike path leading directly to the oside beaches. only two and a half mile away....also there is a very steep hill behind the home for great excersise and fitness training....its a great home to say the least.I am 29, and very laid back and mellow. I need someone who is also mellow and not a weirdo. I surf and play tennis on my time off...The right person is a non pet owner, preferably a non smoker (but not a deal breaker) and someone who is responsible and respectable. We are a quiet, very neat and clean couple. Our home sits on one-half acre with a spa. We BBQ quite often and would consider including food in the budget as well. Our home is zone air-conditioned, though the ocean breezes keep us comfortable enough that we rarely use it. Our kitchen is very large with reverse osmosis water system and soft water through out the home. We have an extra refrigerator in garage for you shared use. There is no garage use since it is full, only driveway or very low traffic street parking only. Laundry room would be available to you.All we ask is that you clean up after yourself, though we will have a housekeeper come in every other week. No smoking in the house, no drugs, no pets and no parties (unless arranged with us - though you are welcome to have friends come over occasionally for a BBQ and dip in the spa and respectful overnight guests are welcome). You must be financially responsible, respectful and friendly, though there is no requirement that you interact with us much.
