We dont party at home (except for football), but if you decide you want to have company over, we arent going to be upset if things get crazy (just not every night because he gets up early and I need to study). About you: Please be at least a little tidy. Our last roomies would leave dishes in the sink for two or three weeks. Our dogs are hard enough to clean up after and we dont want to have a roommate who expects a maid to follow them around. We are clean freaks either, but its common sense, cook in the kitchen-clean it up in at least a few days! Pay rent on time everytime-no exceptions. We didnt care about this before and being flexible with rent got us into trouble with our last roommates. We didnt ask for a deposit and didnt get paid for the last month they lived here. They kicked holes in the wall and left the kitchen a mess. So we are forced to be less forgiving with future roommates. The room and bathroom: room is 10 x 10, so it is good for a single person, however, we dont have a preference on couples, singles, parents, your race, your sexual preference...we dont care. The bathroom is in the hallway, but it is yours and newly remodeled. Rent: 600 plus utilities. If you are a couple it will be half, if you are a single it will be 1/3. This includes water and electricity. We are flexible on the amount. If you want to work something out where we have internet, cable, water, electricity...included in the rent, then we could say 650 for rent and call it a done deal.
