2 rooms: Both available immediately. Both have private bathWe have 2 rooms available in our large 6 bedroom 5 bath house (By the way, you dont have to rent both). Rent will be $$475 and $550 for the other. Utilities are not included. A $300 deposit is required. The one for $475 is available now the one for $575 will be available June 1st. Both rooms EACH have their own private bathrooms and private entrances. It is located on the border of El Cajon and La Mesa, near the base of Mt. Helix. The house is conveniently located a few exits from SDSU and Grossmont College. It is a short six to seven minute drive to SDSU without traffic. Cuyamaca College is also conveniently close as well. If you are looking to save gas we are also only about .5 mile away from the trolley stop. For those who do not know, the trolley stops right on SDSU campus. The house is also close to both Grossmont Mall and Parkway Plaza. It is a 6 bedroom 5 bathroom house, with washer and dryer. We also have a game room for friends to hang out and play pool, ping pong or even arcade. Residents consist of 2 females and 3 males, ages between 24 and 28. I currently have an extra room available in my home.It will be going at a rate of 450 and no more. We can do a contract for leasing or go month to month. It Is located where the 805 freeway intersects with the 905 freeway. Near the AMC 24, Home Depot and Walmart off of Palm Ave. The bathroom will be shared with my other roommate that is currently living with me. I have four dogs staying here with me for a temp time, so loving animals is a plus.. Included in the price of rent are Cable which is connected to the room ( currently disconnected but will be reconnected), Wireless internet ( password will be given to access), House can be only be used for local calls. There are no drugs allow on premises, smoking is not allowed, drinking if done responsibly. Other than all i ask is to keep the public areas clean since everyone uses it, but your room is yours and you can do as you like within reason.
