Family and friends are of course welcome, and there is plenty of space to socialize and hang out in the house. My current roommate has most of the furniture in the shared living spaces, so if you have furniture that works in the house, there will be plenty of room. I am also looking forward to furnishing the apt. so we can both create a space that works. I have a very old TV in the living room that is primarily used to watch movies on, as Im not a fan of having the TV on all the time. You are welcome to get cable if you like. One room that will be open ($820) has mirrored closets and built in shelves/cabinets, and two large windows and shares a bathroom with the other open bedroom and I. The second bedroom ($890) is the second biggest in the house, also has mirrored closets, built in shelves/cabinets and one large window. About Us: We are two professional 27 year old females and a Vizsla (dog). We like our place to stay clean and are looking for someone who is clean as well; although we are not anal about it. We like to have a good time on the weekends, but usually dont have a lot of parties at our place, minus the occasional dinner/cocktail celebration. We are very postive, fun, and respectful of eachother and are looking for someone else who is the same, preferably a female between 24 and 35.
