I am a 21 year old female living with two males who are also 21. We like to have fun but work weekdays so during the week its pretty quiet. Hi! I am looking for a roommate (M or F) to move in July 1st. I have a 2 bedroom, 1 ˝ bath townhouse in Vista off of Postal Way near the post office in the gated Buena Vista Townhouses. You would have your own carport so there are no worries about parking. The area has a lot of Hispanic families and they are really nice. The room would be best with a full size bed. We would share a bathroom but I will say I am relatively easy going and low maintenance and take little time getting ready. There is a half bath downstairs that also has the mirror/sink and either one of us can use it if need be. Laundry room is near the entrance of complex $1.25 a load and $1.00 for the dryer. I have some requirements because I really want someone to that is compatible the first time around.YOU:*At least in your mid-late twenties if not older. *Work fulltime days*No smoking/drugs/heavy drinking*Preferably no but on a rare occasion have overnight guests- especially not the “one-nighter” kind. I like to relax in a chill atmosphere when I get home and am not looking for someone that always has people over.*Must love dogs.* Clean- I am not anal about it but I expect you to clean up after yourself and me myself. I don’t care if you leave a cereal bowl in the sink for the day just not a week ya know?* I would consider another small dog with a deposit and if they are crate trained and get along with my dog.ME:I am a 27yr old female, work fulltime and go to school 2 nights a week. I have a 10lbs Dachshund, he is really fun and might take a day or two to warm up to you. He is crated during the day and I come home on my lunch break to let him out.
