A huge component is the actual LIVING with the people youve just moved in with! Why do we want roommates? We have a large house and we dont have kids yet. We think its a shame to waste all that space when someone could be living there. Plus, we like having people around! We buy our own groceries and cook our own meals but if we can coordinate schedules, cooking a meal together with the roommates is always fun. Theres much more of these living things along with a few rules that make this run well. We also share a few basic chores since we share spaces. Our goal is to make our house feel as much like your house while maintaining mutual respect for each other and each others belongings.Before well meet with you, well need the following references which weve found is standard with any rental and protects everyone involved, including you! Plus, once we know youre a real person, we can divulge more information so you can do some background digging on us:1.) 3 landlord* references (We prefer places youve lived longer than 6mo.) *If you own or owned your own home, then proof of home ownership must be made.
