I am a 32 yr old female wanting to lose 20 pounds. I have yo-yo dieted my whole life and am getting older not younger :) My bad dieting habits have hurt my body but I want to get into shape and eat healthy once and for all for the rest of my life. Ok that was boring, sorry..... so I want to try and start a group with others that have similar goals. Weird to post this on craigslist but I have little support and it is hard for me to do it alone. I have little will power, so to speak. I am married with 2 children and they are great but busy. I am looking to meet with others that are doing Weight Watchers, Atkins, Flat Belly Diet, etc. I would like to meet whenever we can; I know life is busy and crazy for everyone. We could share recipes, ideas, ups, downs, encourage one another, etc. We could meet in a park somewhere or at someone’s house, whatever everyone would be comfortable with. You may know that something is eating away at you. You might be getting easily distracted, irritable, exhausted, or become isolated and depressed. You may have no idea why you are feeling that way. There seems to be no words that would express what you are feeling from deep within yourself. Expressive art allow you access to your unconscious mind releasing non verbal and metaphoric symbols that can allow you to make sense out of what is going on and what you are really feeling. Once you know what is eating away at you, you can do something about it. This does not replace psychotherapy! I am not a mental health professional. But it can be a useful tool between you and your own personal counselor. Expressive Art has nothing to do with artistic talent. It has more to do with listening to your inner self. I have been facilitating these groups for several years now and many people have gained much needed insight into theirselves. If you are interested in joining a group please email me. The next phase of that plan is to take over the healthcare system, where B. Hussein Obama has repeatedly said eighty percent of healthcare resources are used on twenty percent of the population. Who is that twenty percent? They are the undesirables (low income, inner city pregnant women and girls), the elderly (with higher healthcare needs), the middle aged (in poor health) and those born with birth defects. The biggest indicator this plan is bad for America is the fact that the elite in select unions, Congress and the President, including his staff and Vice President, will be exempt from the healthcare plan being thrust upon us, the little people. In George Orwell’s Animal Farm, it was written, regarding the communist/Marxist take over in Russia that, “All animals are created equal, some are just more equal than others”.B. Hussein Obama’s recent appointment of Science Czar, John Holdren, a known eugenicist and author on the subject, is the final nail in the coffin for anyone doubting his intentions. Holdren, being a czar, does not require vetting by Congress and operates outside Constitutional or Congressional authority. His duties are: Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, Assistant to the President for Science and Technology, and Co-Chair of the Presidents Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. Do not think of science or technology without putting the word “medical” in front of both.John Holdren’s most notable contribution to society, aside from his carbon footprint is a book that he co-authored, that contains such information as:** Women could be forced to abort their pregnancies, whether they wanted to or not** The population at large could be sterilized by infertility drugs intentionally put into the nations drinking water or in food** Single mothers and teen mothers should have their babies seized from them against their will and given away to other couples to raise** People who \"contribute to social deterioration\" (i.e. undesirables) \"can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibilityNow, combine this with Justice Ginsburg’s recent comments about Roe v. Wade being about eliminating undesirables from society and a much broader picture develops. Combine that with the fact that Obama insisted on ensuring that fifty million dollars went to eugenicists in China, and you begin to get a global picture of his plan for the elimination of undesirables (registered Republicans?). There is even a video of a panel discussion that clearly was not supposed to be leaked to the public and has not been shown on the mainstream media, showing B. Hussein Obama’s plan to depopulate America. Our government and the Obama administration will decide who lives and who dies. It is that simple.Alzheimer’s affects over 4.5 million people in America. With the aging of America, that number will only grow. Treatment for these people is very expensive. And, they hold most of the wealth in America. Remember Dear Leader wants to redistribute wealth, how better to facilitate that, than by eliminating those that hold the wealth and save the money it would take to treat them as well. Doctors are already beginning to abuse the elderly and let them die painful deaths:End-of-life health care is costly, and several recent small studies have seemed to show, against common sense, that patients with feeding tubes do not survive longer than those who do not receive them. When pressed, physicians acknowledge that these small studies are inconclusive, but they nevertheless embrace them. It is hard to imagine another case where inconclusive results in a handful of small studies challenging long-standing practice in a life and death situation would trump practice. When it comes to the elderly, though, the medical profession seems to have a different set of rules. So it is that physicians now counsel families not to treat the severely demented.Now, back to John Holdren, the new minister of death, excuse me Science Czar, who has also stated that, “A transnational “Planetary Regime” should assume control of the global economy and also dictate the most intimate details of Americans’ lives — using an armed international police force”. Wow. Combine that with Dear Leaders statement during the campaign that he wants his own domestic military force and a very ugly picture comes to mind.It is no coincidence that Obama has been a huge supporter of Planned Parenthood, an organization based upon eugenics and the elimination of inner city babies, not yet born. Even the name, “Planned Parenthood” is a misnomer, as they do not help people plan for parenthood, they perform abortions, funded with your tax dollars.Government run healthcare will mean mandatory vaccinations, doctors taking direction from the government, and the vessel for that is already in place and passed as stealth legislation:Government run health care also means mandatory vaccinations. The CDC is now saying that the U.S. may need 600 million doses of swine flu vaccine in order to vaccinate every man, woman and child in the United States this fall.In the future, if your national health record shows that you have not taken the mandatory vaccines, then you will not be able to get anymore health care until you do.But there are even more frightening health care changes that the Congress passed earlier this year.The truth is that the Democrats inserted provisions into one of the \"stimulus\" bills that gave the federal government COMPLETE control over your health care under a nationalized health care plan.The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, otherwise known as \"the economic stimulus bill\" contained almost all of the key elements of Tom Daschles ideal nationalized health care system that he outlined in his 2008 book, Critical: What We Can Do About the Health-Care Crisis.In his book, Daschle wrote that doctors will have to “learn to operate less like solo practitioners” and be willing to accept mandatory government controls and guidelines.Guess what?That is precisely what the bill forces doctors to do.The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 created a brand new bureaucracy called the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology. This new government organization will monitor all medical treatments to make sure that your doctor is prescribing the exact drugs and medical treatments that the federal government believes are \"appropriate\" and \"cost effective\".As you can see, sitting idly by and waiting for someone to do something will no longer suffice. Recently I issued a call to action, organized a protest and eleven people showed up. Pathetic. You are sitting idly by, just like the Jewish people did in Nazi Germany, and waiting for your death. Is that acceptable? It isn’t to me. Senator DeMint said that thirty percent of Americans will have to take action before we can stop what Obama is doing. The Revolutionary War was fought with three percent of our population taking action, another seven to ten percent assisting out of sight and the balance doing nothing out of fear. Three percent will not suffice this time. Your government is not coming for you wallet. Obama is not reaching out for your guns, he is going to take your life. Only the chosen will live. Only the secular progressives will draw breath. We are a dying breed.I beg of you all, get up, stand up, and fight for your rights, one of which is the right to live. I am a respected businessman, with a factory that produces memory chips for computers and portable electronics. There was some talk that my industry was being scrutinized by the administration, but I paid it no mind. I live in a free country. Theres nothing that the government can do to me if Ive broken no laws. My wealth was earned honestly, and an invitation to dinner with an American President is an honor.I checked my coat, was greeted by the Chief of Staff, and joined the President in a yellow dining room. We sat across from each other at a table draped in white linen. The Great Seal was embossed on the china. Uniformed staff served our dinner.The meal was served, and I was startled when my waiter suddenly reached out, plucked a dinner roll off my plate, and began nibbling it as he walked back to the kitchen.\"Sorry about that,\" said the President. \"Andrew is very hungry.\"\"I dont appreciate...\" I began, but as I looked into the calm brown eyes across from me, I felt immediately guilty and petty. It was just a dinner roll. \"Of course,\" I concluded, and reached for my glass. Before I could, however, another waiter reached forward, took the glass away and swallowed the wine in a single gulp.\"And his brother Eric is very thirsty.\" said the President.I didnt say anything. The President is testing my compassion, I thought. I will play along. I dont want to seem unkind. My plate was whisked away before I had tasted a bite.\"Erics children are also quite hungry.\"With a lurch, I crashed to the floor. My chair had been pulled out from under me. I learned shortly that my credit cards had been maxed out, my bank accounts emptied, my retirement and equity portfolios had vanished, and my wife had been thrown out of our home. Apparently, the waiters and their families were moving in. The President hadnt moved or spoken as I learned all this, but finally I lowered the phone into its cradle and turned to face him.\"Andrews whole family has made bad financial decisions. They havent planned for retirement, and they need a house. They recently defaulted on a sub-prime mortgage. I told them they could have your home. They need it more than you do.\"My hands were shaking. I felt faint. I stumbled back to the table and knelt on the floor. The President cheerfully cut his meat, ate his steak and drank his wine. I lowered my eyes and stared at the small grey circles on the tablecloth that were water drops.\"By the way,\" He added, \"I have just signed an Executive Order nationalizing your factories. Im firing you as head of your business. Ill be operating the firm now for the benefit of all mankind. Theres a whole bunch of Erics and Andrews out there and they cant come to you for jobs groveling like beggars.\"I looked up. The President dropped his spoon into the empty ramekin which had been his Creme Brulee. He drained the last drops of his wine. As the table was cleared, he lit a cigarette and leaned back in his chair. He stared at me. I clung to the edge of the table as if were a ledge and I were a man hanging over an abyss. I thought of the years behind me, of the life I had lived. The life I had earned with a lifetime of work, risk and struggle. Why was I punished? How had I allowed it to be taken? What game had I played and lost? Lessons From Iran:There are lessons to be learned from the last week in Iran, all of them thus far lost on the main stream media and most of the blogsphere. As patriotic Americans let us not lose these lessons in our daily lives. Take a moment, examine what is happening there and let it wash over you. We already knew Jimmy Carter was an idiot, but his appearance in Iran, on election day, and certifying the election as clean, was over the top. Really cool beard guy alleges he got 65% of the vote and Aquavelvejihad alleges he got 65% of the vote. Now, I am no math major, but that appears to be 130% of the vote. Jimmy, trying to be relevant. Not. But, apparently ACORN is active in Iran. How else do you get 130% of the vote, between the candidates. And, if there was any doubt about B. Hussein Obama’s testicular fortitude, or lack thereof, it was removed when the protests started. By not standing behind the protesters, he issued a fatwa, a death sentence for them. But, I had no doubt that Obama was a dhimmi and this just seals the deal.The real lessons learned in Iran are that despite being an oppressed people, where music is banned and the teachings of a child rapist from the seventh century, revelations from an unseen god, have become the stuff an entire culture without running water, flush toilets and personal choice, are somehow willing to die for their liberty.People are being killed for standing up for rights their own religious law does not grant them and Americans (even you) can’t get out of Lazy Boy long enough to hit the streets over Obama taking away your God given rights, civil liberties and seizing control of global financial companies. Why?What makes a country of people who have so much to lose sit and do nothing while B. Hussein Obama takes away their rights and a country of people who have nothing are being shot in the streets for the right to have a free and just election? I am disgusted by the level of apathy in this once great country.Where is the outrage?Second Amendment: Soon to be gone. Government stopped sale of surplus brass to curtail ammo sales. More coming.Fourth Amendment: Gone if healthcare passes. When a law is written, that allows an amendment to be bypassed, and no one stops it, the fascists will come for you next.Free Speech: Only if it is PC and only if it is deemed appropriate.God: Replaced by the new messiah. Look around you, we are a nation fallen from grace. When B. Hussein Obama was elected and we abandoned the Judeo-Christian values America was founded on, our nation began to head downhill fast. A nation whose rights are God given, cannot survive by forsaking God.Representative Republic: Gone. Czars roam the land, answering only to Obama, no vetting, no approval, in direct violation of the Constitution (gone too by the way).There is so much more, I could type until I couldn’t type any more. You get the picture. But YOU do nothing about it. Letting America go down the drain, quietly, silently, while Iranians die in the street, standing up to their corrupt government is an embarrassment. I have never felt so humiliated as an American. The American embassy fiasco under Carter was bad, This is worse.How many of you are willing to get in the street with a sign and protest what our government is doing? Not many and not often, and no one is going to shoot you like dog in the street if you do. Millions of Iranians are willing to stand for freedom and their freedom doesn’t even have running water or toilets.God bless the Iranians fighting for freedom. Hello, I would like to start a coupon trading mail train. The idea is to get 5 people to clip coupons that they dont want and mail them to the next person on the list. If you find coupons that you can use you would take them and then replace them with the same number of coupons. But, pull back the curtain and you will see the reality of this smoke and mirrors move.Once the federal government backs the debt of each state, then each state is beholden to the federal government and can no longer stand on its own and make its own laws and decisions. It is like borrowing money from your local credit union and them selling the marker to the local Mafioso, who now wants a little “favor” for the cost of his carrying the note. This must be stopped, it is the last step in a complete governmental take over of America.Each and everyone of us needs to do the following, immediately and without hesitation:Call, write and email the white house and demand this bill not be drafted.Call, write and email your Senators and Representatives demanding they vote against this.Call, write, email and if possible, visit your governors office and tell him or her to fight this action and not let the feds back your states debt.Call, write, email and if possible visit your state (local) Representatives and Senators, telling them to put pressure on their federal counterparts and the governor, to halt this action. I want to ensure that his eligibility requirements for being POTUS are valid and intact.Due to the lack of response from the SoS, I made a written request to the Attorney General for the state of Idaho to investigate the lack of cooperation and failure to provide said documentation. He declined to investigate, stating he has no jurisdiction to ensure that the SoS performed his duties in accordance with the law and that no election fraud occurred. I believe this to be inaccurate and evasive.It appears that both the AG and SoS may be complicit in either contributing to and covering up election fraud, or, at the very least, the SoS failed to do his due diligence and the AG is assisting in covering his incompetence or wrong doing. Hello, I am Jef head of a small RPG gaming group that I had started about ten years ago. I originally had 5 to 8 player in my group but through out the years people have moved away for one reason or another. Bottom point, I am now short of players. We game just about every Sunday at my home. (Easier that way, I have most the miniatures and books) Show up time is between 2:00 and 2:30 and game starts at 3:00. We usually start wrapping things up for the night between 10:00 and 11:00 with finish being by midnight. On occasions we do go into a bit of over time. Most of the time I offer my players sandwiches, snacks, and refreshments and on occasions for those that want to show up early, I cook an awesome meal or fire up the grill. What games ya say ?? Well right now we have two GMs. I am running an epic campaign of 3.5 Dungeons & Dragons and Brian is running War hammer 2nd edition. (He’s a new GM doing not to bad of a job) We rotate games every other week. This week is War hammer. We have played Shadow run, rifts, twilight 2000, gurps, and many more. We are looking for dedicated male or female players and future GMs between the ages of 14 and up. People 14 to 17 need written permission from their parents to join. We are currently located in the southwest Boise area but may be moving to Meridian.
