It’s a 3 minute walk to the center of SMCC (1/5 mi), 3 minute walk to the local walking/biking paths, 3 minute walk to Willard beach, Mill Creek is a 3 minute drive (shopping/food), Willard Square is right around the corner, and Portland is a 5-10 minute drive. Theres also a South Portland bus stop very closeby.I have a two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of this two story house that was completely remodeled a couple of years ago. It has a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), full-sized bath tub, a decent-sized living room, and there is plenty of room for another roommate to occupy the other bedroom. I am a 24 year old male who works full time and I also go to school full time. I tend to be fairly quiet when at home and I don’t tend to bring any loud parties back with me, but a small gathering of friends can occur on occasions. An ideal roommate will be respectful and responsible, as I will be to you. The rent includes heat, electricity, and hot water. An early move-in is possible.
