 We have a house to rent for a short term and will be gone from about Sept 3rd December This is our own house and well be back east for a few months to work The house is only about 550 sf in size has one bedroom with a couple of closets and nice queen bed plus another very small bedroom that we use as an office As far as utilities we cover the garbage local phone and sewer and ask that the renter cover the others It is in whats known as the slant streets area between Stephens and Russell Its one block off the bikepath to the river and about 7 blocks to the river from there We find that we walk and ride bikes most anywhere For rent we ask 600 month utilities Or a flat 800 and we pay utilities We keep it low with the understanding that the renter will accept a few quirks and keep the lawn and sidewalk in good condition as weather dictates As far as deposit we request a 300 deposit with first months rent We do closely check references as well and ask that there be no smoking or un approved pets Approved pets require an additional 200 deposit There is a large fenced yard but is is escapable Please contact us if you are interested Thanks

 Hello I am moving to Seattle at the end of August and need a conscious trustworthy subletter to take my room for the month of September ideally until October 5th This sweet little cabin is colorful and cozy with a gorgeous garden and beautiful green fields all around The river is less than a mile away and Blue Mountain is just around the corner You would be living in your own space the other housemate has her own little bunkhouse and is gone for the entire month on an epic biking trip hence the need for the perfect subletter to be there for the month of September so you would have the cabin all to yourself complete with an upright piano hummingbirds outside the window W D its pretty ideal If I hadnt fallen in love with a Seattlite Id definitely be staying as the land out there is sure to get even more beautiful through the early fall Its been a fantastic spot to meditate work in the garden and just enjoy peace and quiet This is a great spot for an earth friendly person We bike into town on the South Ave bike path and it takes about 25 minutes Otherwise its a short drive Please call me at 406 370 0829 if you are interested The best possible scenario would be if you could come over tonight as my housemate is only here for the night or if you and I meet and I think youre a good candidate shell be back for one more day on the 14th of August so you could potentially meet then Thanks very much and I look forward to hearing from you
