Hi! We have a room available in our 3 bedroom house! Available around July 1st! (Thats when the current occupant is supposed to move out).The available room is the master bedroom, and it has its own bathroom, a walk in closet, and a normal closet. It is $400 a month, plus 1/3 of the utilities, and the house is managed by Bruni Karr Rental Agency.The house itself has wireless cable internet, but does not have cable TV (since you can watch TV for free online). We do have a TV, but the only things hooked up to it are a Wii and a DVD player. We also have a washer and dryer, a fenced in back yard (well behaved dogs welcome but the carpet has to be steam cleaned when you move out - rental agencys rules), and a garage for storage. The house is very close to Jubilation Liquor Store and Walgreens, and is a short walk to UNM (about a 15-20 minute walk if you take your time, MUCH faster with a bike). It is also close to a grocery store and to all of the bars and stores on Central Ave. The area seems really safe, we have not had any issues, and our neighbors are great.The current occupants are one 22 y/o f. student (who also has a job) and one 23 y/o f. young professional. We are really laid back but really like the team thing...as in everyone cleaning up after them self, and everyone pitching in to clean common areas like the living room, kitchen, and dining area, and helping with the trash and recycling. We dont have a set schedule for cleaning or anything crazy, we just kinda do it when we think its getting messy. We also like the respect thing - no crazy house parties on a Tuesday night when everyone has class/work the next morning. But having a group of friends over whenever? Sure! We dont have any pets right now but are open to anything but cats because of allergies.We are looking for another student or young professional who is non smoking, respectful and easy to get along with.If you are interested send an email and we will send you some photos. Im a female UNM student looking for a responsible female roommate that can pay bills on time. I prefer interested persons to be in ABQ so we can meet in person. Im needing a roommate for at least this summer starting sometime in June. So short term or long term! :-) I am looking to share a 3 bedroom 1bath home in the NE Hieghts. Home has spacious backyard, ample storage, roomy kitchen, and plenty of off street parking. Washer and Dryer are in the house. Easy access to the freeway! Hello, I am a 27yr old woman with a nice, clean, cozy 2 story, 3br house in a private community of the NE Heights. Im looking for a fun-loving, mature, drug-free, responsible, CLEAN roommate to help reduce costs. Prefer F, 23-35, professional or student. I have one room available, however it not furnished. I would also consider renting out the master bedroom, which is ~15ft x 30ft for $625. It has a giant walk-in closet, ~12ft x 4ft, and its own bathroom. The smaller room is about 11ft x 10ft, and goes for $400 a mo.The house is 7 yrs old, in excellent neighborhood, and is a 3 minute walk to the Tramway bike path and 10 minute walk to Sandia Mtns foothills. Excellent location if you like the outdoors! Also close to dining, gym, grocery store, movie theatre and 7 minutes from interstate. I do not have internet or cable television; however tenants are welcome to acquire these amenities at their own cost. I have hook ups for Dish. I have a washer and drier and private back-yard. Dog-friendly, a must. This is a serious \"NON\" PARTY-PAD (amid a neighborhood of partiers). I dont care what you smoke, as long as you smoke it OUTSIDE ( the basement is 420 friendly, but we dont smoke tobacco in the house at all- it just stinks too much)!! Students / grad-students may wish to rent on a semester to semester basis; although, long-term will be desirable / available. A very studious, helpful, and CLEAN atmosphere is maintained. House is large & \"home-ish\" w/ fireplace 4bed 2bath, hardwood floors, soft water, etc. There is ample room in the basement for your work-out equipment, if you have any; or we can make it n2 a music rehearsal space (we have a nice Hammond organ, and there is a piano on the way). As stated, 1 block from the -U-; ... a 1 min. walk, 30 seconds on skateboard or bicycle; you wont need a car!! During the growing-months, a large, organic vegetable garden is maintained. The Butler does the laundry about every 2 or 3 days -at no extra charge. The neighbors are mostly University Students and delightfully friendly.First time renters OK; 1mo. rent +$300 security deposit moves you in.
