I dont care what you smoke, as long as you smoke it OUTSIDE ( the basement is 420 friendly, but we dont smoke tobacco in the house at all- it just stinks too much)!! Students / grad-students may wish to rent on a semester to semester basis; although, long-term will be desirable / available. A very studious, helpful, and CLEAN atmosphere is maintained. House is large & \"home-ish\" w/ fireplace 4bed 2bath, hardwood floors, soft water, etc. There is ample room in the basement for your work-out equipment, if you have any; or we can make it n2 a music rehearsal space (we have a nice Hammond organ, and there is a piano on the way). As stated, 1 block from the -U-; ... a 1 min. walk, 30 seconds on skateboard or bicycle; you wont need a car!! During the growing-months, a large, organic vegetable garden is maintained. The Butler does the laundry about every 2 or 3 days -at no extra charge. Hi, Im an easy going person that would like to find a friendly roommate that is a non-smoker and tidy. Light social drinking is OK. The reason that Im only asking $300 is because I need someone to keep the yard free of weeds. Would take about an hour a week to do that the first time and maybe half an hour after that. Help with tidying up the garage would also be helpful.You would be employed with local referrals and pay rent on time. Which would be $300 a month including utilities. An additional $200 for security deposit would also be required. Privacy will be respected. Bedroom is unfurnished and you would have access to a private bathroom, plus kitchen and laundry room.
