| Hello,I have a room for rent in a two bedroom condo on the second floor. I occupy the other bedroom. Images of the room and the condo can be found below.It is a gated community and all utilities are included. Pool, jacuzzi, workout facility are open 24 hours.I am only looking for one roommate, not couples, etc. I like to have my place relatively quiet and thus no parties, no sleepovers, family members vacationing, etc. Youre paying for one person to live here, so thats all I will allow. If you want a quiet roommate with no drama, then this is the place for you.Im a non-smoker so I would rather have a non-smoking renter (or you can go outside and smoke). I dont care if youre male or female, I only care that you pay your rent ON TIME, are relatively neat and can clean up after yourself, and again youre a quiet room mate. BTW, the home-owner assocation president of our condominium lives right below me and she hates noise so it works out for me.All utilities are included (minus phone -). There is a 20\" television in your room with cable access, a queen size bed, a large closet and an oversized bathroom that is only yours to use. Wireless internet is included.You have use of the dining room, kitchen, laundry room pretty much whenever you want. The living room is somewhat limited as I use that as my photography studio. So once or twice a week, I will have a model over to shoot, I will let you know at least a week beforehand so youll have ample notice. If you want to see some of my work, you can go to my web site @ michaelmperez.com. That being said, you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to watch the photo shoots. I had an issue with my previous roommate that did that so hes no longer here. Again, its only once or twice a week, most weeks there is not even a photo shoot scheduled at my home so it wont be an issue.I do work from home as a photographer and am also editor of a magazine and web designer. So Im at home unless Im shooting on location, covering an event, or meeting up with clients.YOU DO HAVE TO LIKE DOGS! I do have two yorkies that are very well behaved and your bedroom/bathroom is blocked from them gaining access to your room. As with all dogs, if someone knocks on the door, they will bark, but thats pretty much it. When Im gone, they will stay in my room. SINCE I ALREADY HAVE TWO DOGS, I DONT WANT ANYMORE PETS IN MY HOME.Thats pretty much it. You will have to sign a monthly rental agreement, I WILL DO A BACKGROUND CHECK AND EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION VIA ONLINE SERVICE and the deposit and rent are due at the same time. Payments accepted: Cash or PayPal**You can pay by PayPal but I will charge you an additional $30 to cover the PayPal fees. The house ia a 3 story house...the first floor is a bounus room and the garage, the 2nd floor is completely open with the kitchen dining room and great room with a large LCD tv , great couch and wireless internet . the 3rd floor has the master bedroom and bathroom, 2 other bedrooms 1 of which is for rent, a full bathroom and also the laundry room is upstair with a full washer and dryer which makes it easy to get wash done. The House is in a great location with a full shopping center with all ur need only a couple of miles away. About me...i work on the strip at a highend steak house as a cook so i work long hours and not home very much. I have one dog but he is locked up when I am not here so he is not something you have to worry about...but reguardless iss is a great dog all the time. I do have one other roomate how is also in the restaurant industry and also works long hours. So i am just looking to fill the room with someone is is respectful and responsible and will take as good of my home as i do. please be clean and responsible and thats about all i ask. She was great in most respects, but she almost burned my home down because she secretly smoked in her room and fell asleep with a lit cigarette. Then I found someone who turned out to be an alcoholic who literally drank everything in the house that had any alcohol in it. She partied all night and slept all day. Strike 2! Then I found a very nice young girl who was a dancer. Ill call her miss X. She was totally in the business to make money dancing and didnt (to my knowledge) do drugs or prostitute herself. She worked very hard and sent most of the money she made to her parents who needed her help. She was a delight to have around. She paid her rent in advance all of the time. She was proud of her body and didnt mind showing it off. That didnt bother me a bit. I havent had sex with anyone in over 20 years, but my eyes still work just fine and having someone pretty like her around was fun for me. I confess, I like pretty girls. Is that a bad thing? She loved animals and was very kind and affectionate to my pets. We never had a bad moment living together. I loved hearing her stories of what went on at the club. She finally moved to Calif. to live with her sister. I really miss having her around. Id like to try to re-create a situation like that. Im definitely NOT looking for a girlfriend or a \"friend with benefits\".
