 Hi We are a grad student couple renting out a guest bedroom in a two bedroom townhouse on a short term basis Last minute reservations are welcome upon availability We can offer the following 5 minutes to Cornell or the Commons by car Location is off of Rt 79 aka State St Slaterville Rd and Pine Tree Rd If you are not familiar with Ithaca Rt 79 is a straight shot downtown and a straight shot and a turn to Cornell On WEEKDAYS bus routes 50 52 93 takes you to East Hill Plaza for shopping and then to campus and Collegetown further down the line from morning till late night Night service on Saturday and Sunday with 93 and limited morning afternoon service with 52 on Saturday See www tcatbus com for schedule on site free parking and coin laundry available private use of large bedroom and full bed it is freshly painted and carpets have been recently cleaned use of bathroom shower that you will be sharing with graduate student couple Bathroom is clean modern and free of any clutter In the past the only time I have ever seen the guests is when they check in so there is hardly any bumping into each other inside the house We ask of the following rates are generally speaking 45 a night for individual 40 if you provide your own sheets towels 55 a night for couple 50 if you provide your own sheets towels 250 a week for stays that are longer than 7 days please email for monthly rates upon availability please let me know your situation i e Im coming to Ithaca for a conference etc of course no tax nor other hidden fees please pay upon arrival for the entire stay mutual respect of privacy and respect of property guest limits use of the house to bedroom and bathroom only no smoking or pets shoes must be taken off at the entrance way of the house shampoo conditioner and body soap provided here please bring your other toilettries If you stay here on Saturday and Sunday we recommend your own car or other means of transportation such as taxi since there is limited bus service Please email me with questions or your interest I usually respond within the same hour I receive your email Thanks for looking
