Could use a roof vent replaced and one cracked window. The door needs attention but is all there. There is an awning that works and is the full lenth of the camper. I am a out of work RV tech looking for work, I spent some time in the electrical union for a while 2 1/2 years at als rv and a short stint for shaffer rv. I am able to perform any job any other shop can do with the same or better workmenship I have welder, cutting torch, air tools and full set of hand tools of my own along with portable welder. This is a 1991 Sprinter Lite 16 travel trailer with a 13,000 BTU air conditioner installed 7/2004. It is tandem axle, Im not exactly sure of the weight, but I think its somewhere around 2200#. Nice, small trailer - easy towing and backing in. Includes spare tire, equalizer bars, 2 propane bottles (compliant), Interstate group 24 deep cycle battery, and non-adjustable hitch ( works well with small SUV like a GMC Jimmy, Ford Explorer, etc.)It is in nice shape. The only major faults I know of are: the oven doesnt work - a safety valve is bad not allowing the oven to stay lit. The range tops work fine. The other fault is that the roof had a leak a couple of years ago so we replaced the wood in the front roof area but replaced the ceiling with the wrong type of panelling and it warped and peeled the paint off. Family emergency forces me to sell! I bought the trailer brand new off the lot (last years model) and its only been used once!! It sleeps 6 comfortably with a double bed in back w/twin bunk over top, has a jackknife sleeper sofa and the dinette also folds down. It includes fridge, stove top, oven, and microwave, stereo/CD player. The front has the diamond guard and an awning. Has A/C and an outside shower as well. The weight is 4365 and tows nicely with my 2001 Dodge Durango, also for sell, $9000 OBO.
