Me: I am a 20-something single woman. I have a variable work schedule. I lead a pretty quiet lifestyle with no smoking, no drugs of any kind, very moderate drinking, and no partying. I dont have any kids or other drama. I keep the house fairly clean without being a freak about it, I have 2 Huskies and 4 cats. What I am looking for in a tenant: single or couple (NO drama!), one child is fine as long as they can stay in the room with you and they arent running shrieking through the house destroying stuff, 1 or 2 pets ok (I must meet and approve them), similar lifestyle (no smoking, no drugs), fairly quiet, responsible, reliable, neat, will respect my privacy, my belongings, my home, and my animals. The money stuff: $400/month rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, garbage, wireless DSL internet, landline phone) It does not include food or any extras. First months rent up front + $200 deposit. These are negotiable depending on the type of situation at my discretion. Income is a must. Employment and previous rental references are required. Large Room over looking mountains!Hello -I have a room available in a 4br 3 bath house. Im just north of Woodinville in the Maltby, Clearview area, 18 miles to Seattle, 5 miles to Bothell. I work at the University of Washington, Ryan my current roommate goes to school there and works at REI downtown. Brad another roommate works at Boeing and will be going to school again to get his Masters! The household is a pretty down to earth place, and we would like to share it with others that like it that way as well. You have a private bedroom on the lower level of a beautiful 2700 SF log home close to the bathroom you share with just one other housemate and another Monday-Thur part time. The room is about 10.5 x 11.5 with a closet that spans the width of the wall and adds another 2 feet of depth. The room also features burgundy tiled floors and a deep set wooden window with a view to the forest; it gets the afternoon sun filtered through the forest. We share an open Kitchen and eating area that leads out onto the deck overlooking beautiful tree filled meadows, 2 living rooms and a dining room, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, and green house. We have 5 private, secluded acres to meander around on, DSL High speed internet-(You provide your own computer and wireless connection) and 2 Great housemates. 2 wonderful dogs and one awesome cat.Monthly Rent is 575.00, $300 damage deposit of which youll get 200.00 upon moving out (if you do no damage and clean up nicely upon your departure) Help with cost of water and septic, garbage, electric and heat bills (75.00) a month. Couple in mid twenties seeking roomate(s). Our home has 4 bd 2 Ba on 2.5 Acres about 3 miles east of avondale on Woodinville Duvall Rd. I work full time and my girlfriend is in school full time. We are clean, but not neat freaks, we enjoying being outdoors and are usually out and about on the weekends. Our home is quiet but we do have animals (a very well behaved dog, chickens and goats too). We live on a gravel road (its not that bad) if you enjoy a more county style of life this would be perfect. (We are not hicks we both grew up in kirland) Garden space is also available should you feel the need. Also we are drug and alcohol free so if you enjoy a beer or a glass a wine once in a while thats fine... but anymore frequent use wouldnt be a good match for us.
