Shanti staff matches volunteers in one-on-one relationships with Shanti Partners and provide nonjudgmental listening that allows the clients to explore their feelings, identify issues, and find solutions to those issues on their own. Each program is built upon the universal language of compassion and transcends the traditional borders of prejudice and separation. The Peer Recovery Network is a collaborative project that allows Multifaith Works to focus CareTeam and Shanti activities on people who are in recovery from chemical dependency.
